[00:00:18] Welcome back to the One Thing podcast where we all get to usher in the key dimensions of five dimension consciousness that we covered in our last episode in the context of TOT. And so this is going to be on a five D light body physical attunement or in less jargon ways.
[00:01:40] It's about mind, body, spirit, care for transitioning
[00:01:44] into fifth dimension consciousness.
[00:04:21] lack and the limitation and war and you know this is where ego separation gets to play itself out in this third dimensional vibrational bandwidth if you will for me I like world is that it's the non-physical world that's experienced by the spiritually awakened who have expanded their senses to new frequencies. So the creation of the new earth can begin. Yeah, and you know, you one thing that we're inviting you to consider bringing along everywhere you go, you know, in every breath as we mentioned before, because without it, things will really needs to be mastered. Yeah, good point. And, you know, we don't master anything without just first starting out in clunky ways and practicing, you know, over and over. And I also think it's important to say that
[00:08:02] And we drop in on a soul level, we drop into this dimension knowing that.
[00:08:05] We of course don't remember it
[00:08:07] when we're facing hardship and challenges,
[00:08:10] but we do know that on a soul level.
[00:08:13] And we do it on purpose because we know
[00:08:17] if we come to this conscious intentional place
[00:08:20] of our willingness to do the transformation,
[00:08:23] it will expand love in the multiverse.
[00:08:26] And that's the number system dissolving so that the new Earth systems that are far more supportive for the good of all in a fifth dimensional, love based, piece based way can come into play and we can live into that, which, you know, shouldn't take too terribly long.
[00:09:40] So, yeah. with your higher presence or your soul or your soul, your spirit or your source of life, whatever word you put to that. It's the one thing that we are referencing in this entire podcast is that if you don't include that part of yourself, things will feel disjointed. You'll be working on your mental stuff over here and you'll be trying to deal with your emotional baggage
[00:11:00] over here and you'll be trying to eat healthy
[00:11:02] and do all the right things for your physical body over here.
[00:11:04] And all of that will feel very overwhelming and disjointed. ready for your next step. I'll start. And let's see, did I finish this part? No, you didn't. Oh, okay. So, right. Oh, and here's one way to know how to kind of discern the difference between whether you're in a 3D state or a 5D state. 5D is a state of of our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and actions. And if we, not if, as we more and more relate to and connect with and utilize our energy as the currency that is what animates and, because at 5D, at that level, monetary currency is a material manifestation of our energy vibration currency. Yeah, that's so... Say something more about that?
[00:15:01] No, I think that's perfect.
[00:15:03] And I guess the only thing about the root of the word currency. point here, your objective is that you're becoming more and more able to accommodate more light in your mind, body and life. It's important to have light in our mind because otherwise our old habits, our old ways of thinking will take over the show and, you know, have a spinning like a hamster on a wheel, getting us nowhere thinking, you know, doing a lot of moving but getting nowhere, right? And
[00:17:43] we need it in our body because we need to, for those details, if I can just interrupt for a quick moment. Sure. I would again want to drive all the way home
[00:19:02] that the core purpose of fifth dimensional self-care
[00:20:02] You know, just mood swings. There's you'll see on the search if you just put in ascension symptoms, the variety.
[00:20:09] So the reason we're telling you that is because as you do this work, don't let these symptoms
[00:20:15] make you think like that you're doing it the wrong way or that there is something wrong
[00:20:19] with you.
[00:20:20] I mean, obviously get something checked.
[00:20:21] If it's, you know, truly a problem, your higher self will always tell you if something
[00:20:26] needs to be tended to. Perfect. That's right. And just the last thing I'll say about that is in the end, because I'm pretty sure there's not a lot of MDs talking about ascension and ascension symptoms. In the end, our best medicine is in being in touch and connected to our higher presence and our higher self and our inner health intelligence. Because when exactly. So, uh, last, last main thing that we want to touch on in this episode is on accessing and living in integrity with our inner truth. Um, and the thing to keep in mind is, is that there, the quantum field of intelligence and solutions and medicine. And you must connect into it in order to move from 3D to 5D. Mm hmm. And as Laurie has been saying, and I to some extent in this episode as well,
[00:24:20] I've been saying it's challenging to move from centuries of three-dimensional living,
[00:25:28] dark or in a not knowing state is to stay in a state of grace and compassion for ourselves,
[00:25:38] to not get swallowed up by that internal sense, to not be run by it and to not run from it,
[00:27:01] but to just sit with it in a state of 5D. And you're just know that your 3D part is not going to want to give this stuff up. But if you call on that higher, you know, fifth dimensional part of yourself that already knows how to walk through these kinds of things, you'll be guided in more gentle ways. And I recommend that you write down things like maybe being more connective with people who are stretching into 5D consciousness. Yeah, good point. And so along with these to make that make yourself wrong for it. And the reason that's important too is because making a mistake or losing track
[00:31:01] is not really the nail in the coffin in these things I can try to bring myself back into alignment? And it helped because when we're in the beginning, when we're in a tangled mess, so to speak, it's really hard to have access to clarity in our minds. So having it written down just felt like, oh, I can do that.
[00:31:05] I can just go to the list and look on the list and see if there's a couple of things
[00:31:08] that I can do.
